Southwood Valley Section 4 -B (83 -514)
During the building process the applicant encountered setback problems,
specifically the 8 ft, setback required by ordinance between the street
and the parking area. The applicant requested that the PRC again review
his project to determine if relief to his dilemma could be provided by
that body.
The PRC reviewed the plan as presented and found that an "as built" plan
had not been provided. The PRC advised the applicant that he must redesign
the parking area to provide the 8 ft. setback as required by ordinance, or
take the plan "as built" to the Zoning Board of Adjustment to request a
variance to ordinance requirements.
