Bob Epps, Ass't Director of Public Services John Goff, GTE Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Newton Place I (84 -301) A presubmtsslon conference review was held on this date regarding the above mentioned plat. When the requirement that the developer must make a land dedication for the extension of Holleman Street was stated, the applicant stated emphatically that the platting process of this land would be put on hold for the time being. Staff continued to review the plat, offering the following requirements for any future platting of this land. (1) include and show on the plat an access easement which will provide circulation through the land, and will also serve all lots in any phase to be platted. Easement must accommodate large, emergency vehicles. (2) Easements for electric service must be coordinated to serve this area, service preferably to come from Dartmouth. Bob Epps, Ass't Director of Public Services John Goff, GTE Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Final Plat - Resubdivision of Block E Lots 1 -19 University Park I and Lot 6, Block V, University Park II (84 -204) A presubmission conference review of the above mentioned plat was held on this date, and staff recommends approval with the following conditions:* (1) A total of 20 feet between Lot 4 and Lot 5 is required for a utility easement and may be located on either or both lots; show on plat. Any changes to the approved plat must be cleared through the Office of the Director of Planning. SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAT TO PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY 5:00 P.M. on FRIDAY, JANUARY 27th TO BE INCLUDED ON PAZ AGENDA FEBRUARY 2nd. sjv
