MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Convenience Store located (84 - 401)
@Sebesta Road & SH6 Frontage Road.
On this date, staff reviewed the proposed convenience store, determining
that the required number of parking spaces as determined by the proposed
square footage of the two story building would have to be increased, thus
necessitating that this plan get reviewed by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
Staff determined that this project will required at least 20 parking
spaces; 16 required as determined by square footage of building, plus
employee parking.
Include complete landscaping notes.
Include a note to identify the canopy over the gas pumps.
Have the Director of Public Services review the plan and approve the
location of the dumpster.
Submit 10 copies of a revised plan to the Planning Department by 5:00 P.M.
on January 27th in order to be included on P &Z agenda February 2, 1984.
