SUBJECT: Site Plan Permit - Walden Pond Townhomes — (83
The P.R.C. met on 8 -23 -83 to review the above mentioned project and recommends
approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Locate Fire Hydrants in the islands designated by Fire Department.
(2) include dimensions of parking spaces.
(3) Show the detail of the curb cuts for maintenance vehicles.
(4) Mark the ends of curbs along the drive as Fire Lane.
(5) The Zoning Ordinance No. 850 limits this project to one sign, Keep the
sight triangle clear.
(6) Mark the inside of the circle in the turn - arounds "Fire Lane ".
(7) Include note indicating groundcover to be solid sod St. Augustine.
*Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the Office of
the Director of Planning.
SUBMIT 10 COPIES OF REVISED PLAN TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT BY AUGUST 26th TO BE
INCLUDED ON PAZ AGENDA SEPTEMBER 1st.
No public comment will be received at Commission meeting unless requested by a
member of the Commission and allowed by the chairman. Applicant may submit
any written comment to the Commission by filing same on the Friday preceding the
scheduled meeting.
