SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Glenhaven Estates Phase II - 82 -317
Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:
(1) Utility (electrical) to be serviced primarily from the East Bypass.
Check with Joe Guidry concerning the possible necessity of establishing
easements by separate instrument.
(2) Final Plat phases will be numbered in sequence at the time of submission
to help eliminate confusion.
*Any changes to the approved plat must be cleared through the office of the
Director of Planning.
