SUBJECT: 4- Plexes on Lots 3 & 4, Block 4, Section 2, Woodway Village
The P.R.C. met on September 28, 1982 to review site plan for the above mentioned
project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Parking spaces off the alley must be a minimum of 21 ft. plus a 2 ft.
overhang.
(2) Show drainage arrows.
(3) Locate fire hydrants and show the distances to the buildings as the hose
lays. All parts of each building must be within 300 feet of a hydrant prior
to issuance of a building permit.
(4) Groundcover and landscaping must be in prior to issuance of Certificate
of Occupancy.
(5) Install a 6" raised curb around parking areas.
*Any changes to the approved site plan must be approved through the Office of
the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - Office Building (82 -443)
Corner Eisenhower & University Drive
The P.R.C. met on September 28, 1982 to review parking lot plan for the above
mentioned project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Check with City Engineer concerning the curb cut for a private drive
for private parking off Eisenhower Street.
(2) All points of the building must be within 300 feet of a fire hydrant,
as the hose lays, before issuance of C.O.
(3) Consult with Joe Guidry concerning electrical service to building.
(4) Install a 6" raised curb around parking area on the north side of the
building (allow 18 ft. parking spaces w/2 ft. overhang over the 6" curb).
(5) Furnish a landscaping plan which designates exactly what will be in the
planters and what ground cover will be before issuance of C.O. (include
type, size and location).
(6) Wall on which signs are placed must be structurally attached to the building,
or else the signs will be considered to be detached, and only one detached
sign will be allowed.
(7) Show drainage arrows on the site plan.
(8) Show parking requirements and available parking on site plan.
(9) Furnish 2 copies of the site plan. Landscaping plan can be shown on this
plan.
(10) Erect a screen fence between this property and neighboring residential pro-
perty to comply with Zoning Ordinance No. 850.
`Any changes to the approved site plan must be approved through the Office of
the Director of Planning.
