SUBJECT: Herb's Arcade #2 (82 -429)
The P.R.C. met on August 23, 1982 to review revised site plans for the above
mentioned project. Choice was made to review Plan A and to discard Plan B.
The P.R.C. recommends that Plan A be approved with the following changes:*
(1) Pin down the proposed railroad ties and extend ties across the
north side of the rear parking lot.
(2) Narrow the drive to 20 feet and run railroad ties along the side
of the building and gravel the space between the building and the
ties.
(3) Present an acceptable landscaping plan prior to issuance of Certificate
of Occupancy.
(4) 2250 sq. ft. is the maximum space which will be allowed to be used
for this project.
*Any changes to the approved site plan must be approved by the Office
of the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Final Plat of the Division of the Kenneth W. Schick, Trustee (82 -241)
36.182 Acres Tract Crawford Burnett League, A -7, College Station
Staff recommends approval with the following changes:*
(1) Show REA easement on the south side of property.
(2) Show easement for existing overhead utilities between Tract 1 &
Tract 2.
(3) Correct the names of developments on Tract 1 & Tract 2.
(4) Show a 20 ft. easement on the east side of Tract 10.
(5) Show a 20 ft. easement on both the east and west sides of
Tract 3.
(6) Need 10 copies of revised plat by 5 p.m. Friday, August 27th in
order to get on P &Z agenda of September 2nd.
