Ash 11, Director of C pital Improvements Jim Behling, Planning & Zoning Chairman Other Staff: Harry Davis, Fire Marshall Joe Guidry, Electrical Superintendent Bennie Luedke, Water & Sewer Superintendent Jane Kee, Zoning Official Jim Braswell, GTE Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: Herb's Arcade, 313 College Main, College Station, TX (82 -429) The P.R.C. met on July 7, 1982 to review site plans for the above mentioned project. The P.R.C. denies this project until better access can be provided to the parking area in the rear. The existing driveway is too narrow for emergency vehicles. When this plan is resubmitted, all floor space to be used must be shown, and it must be clearly understood that any part of the building which at that time is indicated as unused, cannot be used. Parking spaces required are based on used floor space. Show all dimensions on revised plan. Spell out landscaping, including size and types of trees, shrubs, kind of grass, etc. Suggest that all front parking be taken out, and 6 " raised curb be installed and establish a curb cut (with approval from City Engineer) where the entrance driveway to the parking area is located. Talk to Building Department concerning Exit requirements. sjv
