SUBJECT: Site Plans on Three (3) four- plexes on Autumn Circle
Lots 7, 8 & 9, Block C, Replat of Lots 3-7 Blk A and
Lots 3-9 Blk C
of University Park Section 1
The P.R.C. met on 5 -19 -82 to review the site plans for three (3)
four- plexes on Autumn Circle. The P.R.C. recommends approval with
the following conditions:-
(1) Specify exact landscaping plans; that is, what type of
ground cover, existing or proposed trees, shrubs, etc,
prior to issuance of building permit.
(2) Place 6" raised curb around parking area which must be
backfilled.
(3) Need setback dimensions on Lots 7 & 9 (patios with overhangs,
any overhanging structure with column, etc. would affect
setbacks.
(4) Lot 9 needs to have the same turnaround area as is shown on
Lots 7 and 8.
Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the office
of the Director of Planning.

SUBJECT: Site Plans - Two (2) four - plexes, Manuel Drive
KFO Subdivision, Lots 7 & 8, Block 3
The P.R.C. met on 5 -19 -82 to review site plans for the above mentioned
project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions:*
(1) Show the dimensions of the width of the driveway.
(2) Move the projects to create an 8 foot setback in front.
(3) Reduce the turnaround area to 4 feet.
(4) Provide separate instrument which shows a private access easement
on front of each project, or preferably one which indicates a private
access easement on the entire parking area.
(5) Request from George Ford curbside pickup of refuse in lieu of
dumpsters.
(6) Provide a note to specify exact landscaping plan which includes
trees, shrubs and type of groundcover prior to issuance of
building permit.
(7) Construct a 6" raised curb around entire parking area and backfill
to curb height.
* Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the office
of the Director of Planning.
