Wood Director of Planning, Mayo Director of Capital Improvements, Ash Public Works Director, Ford Fire Marshall, Davis Electric Power Eng., McCord Planning Technician, Volk SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Parker Heights Subdivision (At the end of Miller Lane in College Station) (1) Because the right -of -way maps have not been completed for Miller Lane and Dartmouth extension, this plat should be held up and re- submitted after this right -of -way is established. (2) Access to this subdivision should be from Miller Lane and Dartmouth rather than from the small access shown on this preliminary plat. Shirley Volk, Planning Technician SUBJECT: University Park Section II - Resubdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT Lots 1,2,3,4,5 (Blk 2 FedMart Dev.Corp.Subd. & Lot 1 Blk V University Park II (1) Mayo to check with City Attorney concerning phrasing to use on plat to indicate that Block V, Lot 5 will not be a part of this plat, and that it will be "reserved" to be platted later, after a flood plain study is made. (2) The 3 phase electric line along Block 2, Lots 1,2,3,4 & 5 property line to be relocated. (3) Additional easement for overhead lines to the east to make a total of 30 ft. easement. (4) The fire hydrant on Fed Mart Drive might have to be moved if access is gained from University Drive. (300 ft. maximum distance to farthest point on any building from a hydrant) (5) Show existing easement on Section 1 Block D. (6) There should be a private access easement to provide limited access to the development. (7) A statement should be included on the plat regarding electrical guy easement. sjv
