The P.R.C. met on Tuesday, March 2, 1982 to review site plans for a
laundromat. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following condi-
tions:
1. Indicate landscaping.
* Any changes to the approved site plan must be cleared through the
office of the Director of Planning.

plex on Cooner St. The P.R.C. recommends denial for the following rea-
sons:
1. Over development of the site.
2. Inadequate landscaping.
3. Poor circulation.
4. Poor access for fire protection.

SUBJECT: Summer Court Four - plexes.
The P.R.C. met on Tuesday, March 2, 1982 to review site plans for four - plexes
on Summer Court. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions: :;
1. Indicate landscaping /ground cover.
2. Need six (6) inch raised curb around parking area.
3. Show dimensions on parking.
4. Need 59' of concrete on parking with parking edge 2' off property line.
5. 8' setback on parking from front property line.
6. Delineate flood plain.
7. Verify slab elevations before slab inspection.
8. Need ten (10) copies of revised site plan by Monday, March 15, 1982,
at noon.
