The P.R.C. met on Tuesday, February 9, 1982 to review site plans for a proposed convenience store. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following conditions: 1. Location of gasoline storage tanks and lines to be worked out with Fire Marshal. 2. Parking lot pavement edges to be 6 inch raised curb, and also along northeast corner along property line. 3. Drive to fire hydrant must be 6 inch crushed limestone base with asphalt top or concrete and must be minimum 20' wide to the hydrant and at least 5'_leyond. 4. Eliminate island for parking in front. 5. Dumpster location to be approved by George Ford. 6. Parking spaces need to be 18' and have 6' sidewalk to allow 2' overhang.
