The P.R.C. met on Wednesday, January 20, 1982 to review a site plan permit on the
Chimney Hill Townhouse Project. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following
conditions:
1. Indicate landscaping /ground cover.

SUBJECT: Addition to the Tri- County Teachers Credit Union
The P.R.C. met on Wednesday, January 20, 1982 to review the addition to the Tri-
County Teachers Credit Union. The P.R.C. recommends approval with the following
conditions:
1. Staff recommends paving only eighteen (18) feet of parking space.
2. Parking lot perimeter needs to have six (6) inch high curb.
