Conservation District has endorsed. Council concurred in having mayor sign and send
out application for assistance under PL 566. Reviewed briefly was a letter from Bob
White soliciting job of making a survey. With respect to "free labor" and equipment
that will be available, Boswell was asked to have engineers set stakes for work that
we might acquire.

A meeting with Bryan and Council officials will be held soon to explore possibility of all

ordinance. Boswell was to make survey of attended costs to mowing vacant lots with

agreed that all city facilities would be maintained for city use. Further discussion
on facilities will follow at a later date. A metal shed need was cited.
