Board meeting • January 26, Met with Will McWhorter, Texas Historical Commission military sites specialist • January 26 & 29, Hosted proofing parties for the Lynn Stuart Pathway interpretive panels (6 citizens) • January 27, Met with Kathy DeLeon, Waldenbrook Estates, re: 2 history presentations • BVVM Lynn Stuart Pathway interpretive panels – Work continues on the 23 panels that I am designing for the pathway. Nineteen are in the final draft stage. INTERNAL Volunteer –_ hours Tina Hanna began volunteering this month. She has a history of preservation work in Austin and at the Brazos Valley Museum. She is working miracles in the office and getting me organized. She is also working on the Civil Defense records. She is tracking her own hours. Volunteers –66.5 hours Lou Hodges has been tracking his volunteer time. If you ever want deeper reports on just what Heritage is doing, I'm happy to provide it. Also, I can probably get you better data if you'll let me send your releases through my system. Thanks to Dorothy for putting the exhibit together and to Anne for getting it to the College Station Conference Center where everyone can enjoy it. David Gerling, Supervisor How exciting that you included Col. Woodall's book!!! Of notable mention, Col. Woodall was at one time Commandant for the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M. I worked in the Commandant's Office during his tenure. He is a great man!!!
