February 7from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., the American
Heart Association will host the 2008 Go Red
for Women Luncheon at the Hilton College
Station Hotel and Conference Center. The featured
speaker will be Linda Shelton and honorary co -chair
and featured speaker will be Cherry Ruffino. New
this year will be two optional educational seminars
from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. This annual event
is a chance for women to gain valuable knowledge
about heart disease and stroke and to raise funds
that will support research and education efforts.

Alliance presents Almost, Maine. Just in time for
Valentine's Day comes this romantic comedy where
magical realism abounds as the residents of tiny Almost,
Maine reveal the triumphs and disappointments of love.
Performances are Thursday through Saturday at 7:30

will honor the 2008 Champions for Children and
Friends of Children at the fifth annual "Art of Helping
