AN aRDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 "TRAFFIC CQDE", GF THE CQDE OF
QRDINANCES QF THE CITY QF CaLLEGE STATIQN, TEXAS, BY AMENDING
SECTION 4(E}(1 SCHEDULE XII TG INCLUDE PRGHIBITING PARKING QN PINTAIL LANE, PHEASANT LANE, PRQNGHQRN LANE, ANTELaPE LANE, TRACE MEADQVVS,
AXIS CQURT, PRQNGHaRN La4P, AND PINTAIL LQQP; PRQVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; DECLARING A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT aRDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL QF THE CITY QF CQLLEGE STATIGN,
TEXAS:
PART 1: That Chapter 10, "Traffic Code", Section (E}(1}, Schedule XII of the Code of
ordinances of the City of College Station, Teas, be amended asset out in Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and made a pant of this ordinance for all purposes.
PART 2; That if any provisions of any section of this ordinance shall be held to be void or
unconstitutional, such holding shall in no way effect the validity of the remaining
provisions ar sections of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and
effect.
PART 3: That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed liable for a civil offense andlor guilty of a Class C
misdemeanor, and, upon a finding of liability thereof, shall be punished by a civil
penalty of not less than Qne Dollar ($1.4~) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars
($Z,ooo.o~}, ar upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less
than Twenty-f ve Dollars ($25.4} nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($SD~.oo}.
Said ordinance becomes effective ten (1 days after date of passage by the City
Council, as provided by Section 35 of the Charter of the City of College Station.

EXHIBIT "A"
That the Traffic Control Device Xnventory -Schedule XIl as referenced in Chapter 10, "Traffic
Code", Section 4 ~E}~ 1 Schedule XII, "Administrative Adjudication of Parking violations," is
hereby amended to include the following;
Pintail Lane No Parking on the west side of Pintail Lane from the intersection with west Ridge
Drive to the intersection with Navarro Drive.
Pheasant Lane - No Parking on the east side of Pheasant Lane from the intersection with 'VL~est
Ridge Drive to the intersection with Navarro Drive.
Pronghorn Lane - No Parking on the west side of Pronghorn Lane from the intersection with
West Ridge Drive to the intersection with Navarro Drive.
Antelope Lane - No Parking on the west side of Antelope Lane from the intersection with west
Ridge Drive to the intersection with Pronghorn Loop.
Trace Meadows No Parking on the west side of Trace Meadows from the intersection with
UVest Ridge Drive to the intersection with Pronghorn Loop.
Axis Court - No Parking on the west side of Axis Court from its most northern end to the
intersection with Pronghorn Loop.
Pintail Loop - Beginning at the most northern intersection of Pintail Loop and Navarro Drive,
No Parking on the west side of the street until the street makes a corner. At this point, there is
No Parking on the north side of the street until the street makes another corner. Frorn this point
until the most southern intersection of Pintail Loop and Navarro Drive, No Parking on the east
side of the street.
Pronghorn Loop --Beginning at the most northern intersection of Pronghorn Loop and Navarro
Drive, No Parking on the west side of the street until the street makes a corner. At this point,
there is No Parking on the north side of the street until the street makes another corner. From
this point until the most southern intersection of Pronghorn Loop and Navarro Drive, No Parking
on the east side of the street.
