HomeMy WebLinkAbout2010-3242 - Ordinance - 04/22/2010aRDINANCE N0. ,~2~1Q_3242 AN GRDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12, "[JNIFIED DEVELGPMENT GRDINANCE," SECTION 4.2, "GFFICIAL ZGNING MAP," GF THE CODE GF ORDINANCES GF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATIGN, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE ZGNING DISTRICT BGUNDARIES AFFECTING CERTAIN PRGPERTIES AS DESCRIBED BELOW; DECLARING A PENALTY; AND PRGVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CG[JNCIL GF THE CITY GF COLLEGE STATIGN, TEXAS PART 1: That Chapter 12, "Unified Development Grdinance," Section 4.2, "Gfficial Zoning Map," of the Code of ordinances of the City of College Station, Texas, be amended as set out in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance for all purposes. PART 2: That any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ~$25.44~ nor more than Two Thousand Dollars x$2,004.44}, Each day such violation shall continue or be permitted to continue, shall be deemed a separate offense. Purpose Statement: To serve an area with high demand for convenience services, develop a reputation of quality and trust, meet and exceed the architecture standards of the surrounding developments and building two buildings and install six motor e dispensers.
