Publication of an annual report to the citizens by j
the Council on its stewardship;
Maintenance and development of city parks and
beautification of the city;
Expediting plans for o water distribution system
and water tank which are vitally needed by cit-
izens during the summer and for fire protection;
The principle that government is established to
serve all people;
The greatest degree of cooperation with Texas
A &M University;

Full cooperation with the City of Bryan in planning
and deve'oping the area for mutual betterment;
Maintenance and development of streets in all
Words, including the proposed County Road and
the East By -Pass;
Strengthening and support of low enforcement and
fire protection;
Consideration of industrial sites, properly zoned, to
encourage desirable businesses to locate in the
city;
Representation of people of all interest in making
appointments to city committees;
Dedication to the operation of the city government
to give careful consideration to the needs of all
the people in its planned future growth.
