City officials have already posted one sign on a vacant house on Carolina Street, Boswell said. The owner of the house has not been notified yet, he said. If the owner doesn't, destroy the house, the city may have to, Boswell explained. As a result of the housing code, a partially burned -out house has been torn down on C- oner Street by its owner, the c y manager said. The code and its enforcement are required for Workable Program . certification which College Station is seeking.
