He stated that the Committee had identified three areas of concern; Northgate and the South College Avenue area, University Drive East and Park Connectivity. The main focus for Northgate and the South College Avenue area would be pedestrian safety and connectivity. The main focus of the University Drive East area would be development standards along the corridor.
