On `People Space in Community' 4Y ,-
members and guests of the
A m e r i c a n Asociation of
University Women.
Open to all community
concerned citizens, the
program will he held at the
Hillel Foundation on Jersey
Street, beginning at 7:45 p.m.
Panel leader will be James
R. Gardner, associate
professor of urban and
regional planning at Texas
A&M University. He will be
assisted by two graduate
students, Miss Patricia
Caporina and Hubert Nelon,
Bryan City planner.
Also appearing on the panel
will be Mrs. Robert Kenefick
and Mrs. Carl Merrell,
representatives of the AAUW
study group on "The Human
Use of Urban Space." Other
members of the study group
will help point out the suc-
cesses and failures of our
community leaders in carry-
ing out plans to make the
best use of our space.
Large colorful maps vrill
give the panel's audience an
opportunity to follow the
projected development of the
bi -city area over a 20 -year
period.
