D. A. "Andy' Anderson will head up the College Station
United Fund Board for the ensuing year, acconng tol an
announcement today by Mike Calliham, past president.
Anderson was elected at a meeting of the Board on
Thursday. Other officers elected were Mrs. Ann Jones, vice
president; Fred Clarke, treasurer and Myra Bright,
secretary.
New members of the Board are A. C. Vinzant, Mrs.
Francis Henry, Mrs. Ann Jones, Phil Springer, D. A.
"Andy" Anderson, and Fred Hopson.
Continuing I3oard t iembers are Bill Lancaster, Ralph
Miller, David Ruesink, Joseph Williams, Bill Landiss;11yra
Bright, Fred Clarke, Jose Montemayor and Dempsy
Seastrunk.
Mrs. Ann Jones was elected to head up the Budget and
Admissions Committee, Dempsy Seastrunk the public
information committee and Bill Landiss the Campaign
Selection Committee. a?a .
Anderson, in accepting the post as preside;: ledgged an
aggressive campaign to meet the goals of le College
Station United Fund. " I know that College Station can and
will meet its established goal" Anderson concluded.
