The promotion of the city's World Wide Web site, one - on-one meetings, council forums and other forms of community access should be reinforced throughout the community. • Consensus and Accountability Council must seek community input, gain trust and build consensus within the community it serves - -and be accountable for its actions. • Regional Leadership The City of College Station must maintain a leadership role in comprehensive regional planning for the Brazos Valley to ensure responsible future growth, the preservation of natural resources and our quality of life.
