A. Discussion of disposition of Package Disaster
Hospital.
1. Letter from State Health Department was read;
PDH to be sold to highest bidder.
2. It was decided not to respond to the letter.
B. Discussion of Hospital Disaster Exercise.
1. Exercise to be November 14 at 9:30 a.m.
2. Assembly area - Thomas Park.
C. College Station Emergency Management Ordinance to
be considered at November 8th Council Meeting.
Not sure about Bryan's ordinance. These ordinances
will effectively change the name of Civil Defense
to Emergency Management.
D. Tornado and Severe Weather Plan to be published
shortly.
E. Central Reporting Point for rain gauge network
changed to KBTX -TV.
