Discussion of Emergency Exercise w /Texas State Guard 1. Date - Sept. 25, 1983 2. Time - 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. 3, Place - not determined as yet. B. Possible Exercise 1. Bryan High School - Tornado 2. Involve three (3) Companies of State Guard (45 people) and the two hospitals. C. Other Notes: 1. Civil Air Patrol will be part of Exercise 2. State Guard will begin Exercise at 1:00 p.m. with one (1) hour briefing and conclude Exercise with one (1) hour de- briefing at 4:00 p.m. 3. Red Cross will be asked to participate 4.
