Decision on sending shelter crackers to Bangledash ay
Jake Canglose and Clarence Born, State Civil
Defense office.
Some cities are shipping their supplies due to AGE
condition. If donated GSA will pickup supplies at
shelters. Minimun amount 5,000 lbs. (40 # per box)
or (5 lbs) per space.
Council approves release of supplies with disclaimer
as to condition.
Action on Wage and hour regulations. Mr. Gerber,
City of Bryan personnel Dept. in regards to Wormeli.
Monthly hour sheets will be submitted by Mr. Wormeli
and Mrs. Lucas will submit forms supplied by cities.
Letter from National Guard ref. Emergency personnel.
list. Copies to be sent to City Manager of Bryan and
College Station.
