During the month of October we rep.ekaged, where possible
the smaller boxes of food. The reason we did not repackage
all of the food boxes was that the covers were not large
enough for the larger food boxes. ALL of the large Medical
kits were repackaged. ALL water drums and sanitation kits
were covered with cellophane bags. All food, medical kits,
water drums and sanitation kits were put on pallets, where
necessary to keep them off of the dirt or concrete floors.
We have completed the following buildings:
Anco, LaSalle Home, St. Joseph Hospital and the Varisco Bldg.
I wish to thank Mr. Fred Sandlin, City Manager of Bryan for
furnishing us four men for the work.
This month I intend to finish more buildings in Bryan.
This past month I also salvaged material and food from water
damaged stock for use as replacement in the shhlters.
We also have 2 Medical Self Help Courses going on in the
county at the present time.
