I Need place to store protective pallets and plastic.
Recommendations: Chuck with Mr. M.H. Bearden
and Mr. Rose on temporary storage
for pallets.
II : Announce meeting- -
9:30 am to 4:00 pm in medallion room of
Bryan Utilities bldg., May 15, 1970 -- conducted
by USDA for local governments, CD Directors, on
emergency food management. (Send letters)
III Need approval and suggestion for rural fire meeting.
(NO ACTION TAKEN)
IV 14 men graduated. 30th April, as Radiological monitors.
(announced)
V appointment of new legal officer.
(NO ACTION)
VI updating civil defense plans. . . copies given to
Mr. Sandlin and Mr. Hill.
