a Foremats - -Col. Ayres ready to complete maps.
Approved: Steps I & II - Community Shelter plan.
Foremat ready to go to printer.
Signed by: Judge Vance, Mayor Conlee and Mayor Anderson.
b : Alton Bowen , briefed on needs for public school policy for
school students procedures for movement to public shelters.
He will get with Mr. Reidel of College Station school and develope
a uniform pgy policy and return it to us for official
policy guidelines.
