IV Refugee Registration Recommendations - Sufficient forms on hand, coordination with Housing, information on housing available etc. V Rehabilitation Recommendations - Consideration of special services based on family and individual need. Plans for financial aid and rehabilitation. VI General All appointments made shall be subject to oath end security regulations as required by county court order. A study will be made and recommendations submitted for approial and implementation; a comprehensive welfare service plan which will be capable of handling extended emergencies in case of n disaster. The County Welfare Service Office will prepare and submit to this office an% organizational chart, roster and operational plait as soon as possible for final approval and implementation.
