Dear Sirs:
I am currently enrolled in the College of Engineering
at Texas A & M University. In one of my classes I was assign-
ed a systems design project including the inspection and
stocking of the fallout shelters on campus. I have had con-
siderable trouble in trying to locate information my topic,
chiefly because I do not know the exact requirements for the
fallout shelters. I have been told that there is a packet,
containing complete information on fallout shelters, for the
education of the public. Such a packet, I am sure, will
solve most of my problems. Would you please send me this
Civil Defence Packet if it is possible? If you do not have
the packet, would you please send me the address of the
Office of Civil Defense in Washington? Your help will be
greatly appreciated.
