Dear Mr. Alsmeyer:
I am writing in regard to your request for the exhibit, "Modern
Schools with Fallout Shelters." I regret that we did not
answer your letter promptly, but we just recently received this
exhibit.
Enclosed is Change Number 1 to the MP -9 Display Catalog. Page
B -9 illustrates and describes this exhibit. As you can see, it
is not a "small, portable exhibit" but rather a large, 200 pound
exhibit.
We have only one of these exhibits for Region Five. If you have
an event scheduled and would like to request this exhibit,
please make your request on a "Form for Requesting Exhibits,"
(several copies of this form are attached.)
Again, I regret the delay in answering your letter.
Sincerely,
G/; GAINES F. WEST
