My dear Mr. Badgett:
You have not heard further
about the matter covered by our telegram of
April 22 because The Architectural Forum un-
fortunately has had to abandon its participa-
tion in the plan which was under consideration,
as our regular duties are placing too great a
burden on our time to permit this outside ac-
tivity. However, it is very likely that the
plan will be carried out and we are, therefore,
taking the liberty of notifying the people in-
volved of your interest in case they go ahead.
We trust that you have al-
ready received the two copies of the April
Forum which were mailed to you on May 6.
Regarding a cut or mat,
there is unfortunately no way we can supply
either at this time as the forms for this
issue are still locked up at the press, pend-
ing the possibility that we shall reprint it
in book form. However, since you now have the
photographs of the house, any local newspaper
or printer could assist you. We greatly regret
that we are unable to serve you in this connec-
tion.
Cordially,
Editor
