Dear Mr. Brumley:
Please be advised that Don Ganter is a very valued customer of our bank and has been so for several
years. We have numerous credit facilities extended to entities owned by Mr. Ganter, with all
obligations having been handled in a most satisfactory manner.
In addition, we have been in discussions with Mr. Ganter regarding the proposed financing of a
restaurant facility at Northgate. Although the exact details of the loan transaction have not yet been
finalized, this has more to do with the fact that he has not yet decided on how he desires to structure
the transaction and is finalizing details on his end. We have a very high confidence in him'and
anticipate that we will be able to consummate the transaction to everyone's satisfaction.
