Dear Mr. Beachy:
The above referenced marker has been shipped to your address as it appears
above. If this marker is not received within one week of the date of this
notice, please contact Sylvia at the Southwell Company at 512/223 -1831 so
that your marker may be traced. Please be prepared to give her the job
number, date shipped, and shipping company name.
Nov would be a good time to set the date of the marker dedication. Enclosed
is a form for announcing your dedication in the THC's monthly newsletter,
The Medallion. Please read the form carefully; the Medallion staff must
receive your notice well in advance in order to meet printing deadlines.
We would appreciate having photocopies of any newspaper clippings (rather
than the original clippings, which aren't archivaily stable), as well as
copies of programs, photos, or other memorabilia about the dedication
ceremony to complete our file on this marker.
Thank you for your continued support and good work toward the preservation
of the history of our state.
