1. Call to Order.
2. Initial Hear Visitors
3. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic
Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed
under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or
assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the
recitation of existing policy may be issued.
4. Possible action and discussion on absence requests.
5. Possible action and discussion to approve meeting minutes of regular meeting of
February 4, 2008.
6. Committee Reports. discussion, and possible action on:
• Parks Project Committee, (Lou and Jane)
• Exploring History Lunch Lectures for 2008 (Ernie and Hillary)
• Historic Markers Program (Meredith and Hillary)
• Oral History Project (Lou and Anne Steen)
• Project HOLD (Lou, Colleen and Anne Steen)
• Education Committee: Jane, Ernie, Marguerite and Lou)
7. Possible action and discussion on the Texas Historic Commission Annual Historic
Preservation Conference.
8. Possible action and discussion on Heritage Preservation Month in May.
9. Possible action and discussion on the 70th birthday of the City of College Station.
