Field notes of a 19.70 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the James Hope League, Brazos County, Texas and being part of the
55 acre tract of land conveyed to S. 0. Creed described in the deed recorded
in Volume 14, Page 334 and also being part of the 31 2/3 acre tract conveyed
to Mrs. S. 0. Creed described in the deed recorded in Volume 38, Page 54 of
' the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows: �.
BEGINNING at the iron rod found marking the east corner of the before -
mentioned 31 2/3 acre tract;
THENCE S 42 45' 07" W along the southeast line of the beforementioned
31 2/3 acre tract and the southeast line -of the beforementioned 55 acre tract
for a distance of 788.40 feet to an iron rod set for corner in the northeast
right-of-way line of Koppe Bridge Road;
THENCE along the beforementioned northeast right-of--way line of Koppe
Bridge Road as follows:
N 43 15' 12" W for a distance of 285.56 feet;
N 49 48' 35" W for a distance of 136.87 feet;
N 59 17' 04" W for a distance of 176.67 feet;
N 64 09' 39" W for a distance of 226.83 feet;
N 66 22' 08" W for a distance of 247.68 feet to an iron rod
set for corner, same being the south corner of the E. Earl Dowling 25.00 acre
tract;
THENCE N 41 52' 50" E along the southeast line of the beforementioned
25.00 acre tract for a distance of 937.57 feet to an iron rod set for corner
in the m rtheast line of the beforementioned 31 2/3 acre tract, said iron rod
also being the east corner of the said 25.00 acre tract;
THENCE S 48 23' 24" E along the beforementioned northeast line of the
31 2/3 acre tract for a distance of 1,059.90 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
containing 19.70 acres of land more or less.

situated in the James Hope League, Brazos County, Texas and being part of the
55 acre tract of land conveyed to S. 0. Creed described in the deed recorded
I in Volume 14, Page 334 and also being part of the 31 2/3 acre tract conveyed '
to Mrs. S. 0. Creed described in the deed recorded in Volume 38, Page 54 of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
1 BEGINNING at the iron rod set in the northeast line of the beforemen-
tioned 31 2/3 acre tract located S 48 23' 24" E along the said northeast
line a distance of 150.00 feet from the iron rod found marking the north
corner of the said 31 2/3 acre tract, said iron rod beginning point also being,
the east corner of the E. Earl Dowling 4.40 acre tract;
THENCE S 48 23' 24" E along the beforementioned northeast line of the
31 2/3 acre tract for a distance of 978.25 feet to an iron rod set for corner,
same being the north corner of the E. Earl Dowling 19.70 acre tract;
THENCE S 41 52' 50" W along the northwest line of the beforementioned
19.70 acre tract for a distance of 937.57 feet to an iron rod set for corner
in the northeast right -of -way line of Koppe Bridge Road;
THENCE along the beforementioned northeast right -of -way line of Koppe
Bridge Road as follows:
N 66 22' 08" W for a distance of 120.45 feet;
N 68 53' 32" W for a distance of 599.18 feet;
N 67 13' 41" W for a distance of 167.90 feet;
N 63 55' 07" W for a distance of 149.87 feet to an iron rod
set for corner at the south corner of - Ehe beforementioned 4.40 acre tract;
THENCE N 41 52' 50" E along the southeast line of the beforementioned
4.40 acre tract for a distance of 1,273.37 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
containing 25.00 acres of land more or less.
