I Field notes of a 51.80 acre tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in the James Hope League, Brazos County, Texas and being part of the
55 acre tract of land conveyed to S. 0. Creed described in the deed recorded
in Volume 14, Page 334 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the iron rod set at the intersection of the southeast
line of the beforementioned 55 acre tract with the southwest right-of-way
line of Koppe Bridge Road;
THENCE S 42 45' 07" W along the beforementioned southeast line of
the 55 acre tract for a distance of 1,912.20 feet and corner in the center of
a creek, said corner being at or near the south corner of the said 55 acre
tract;
THENCE along the beforementioned creek as follows:
