40 guests including five mayors, two council members. • January 30 – Gave a live phone interview with Scott DeLucia, WTAW, regarding the “Coffee with the Mayors” and the Project HOLD

1203 Walton Drive. Community Outreach -6 • December 20 – Museum of the American G.I. Board Meeting; Brent Mullins’ home. • January 1 – Made a preliminary visit to the El Camino Real
de los Tejas site in preparation for Jan. 13 meeting. • January 8 – Attended “A Salute to Tom Turbiville” benefitting Brazos Valley Natural History Museum. • January 12 – Attended Brazos
County Historical Commission meeting. • January 14 – Attended Brazos Valley Veterans Memorial Board meeting. • January 15 – Attended Breakfast with the City Manager; Conference Center
• January 21 – Attended the African American Heritage Museum Annual Banquet. INTERNAL Intern –0 hours No intern at this time.
