REGULAR MEETING
1) Welcome and Open Meeting
-Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation.
2) Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda
-Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card describing
the topic(s) they wish to address. Public comment cards may be obtained from Lisa Lyon of the
MPO staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to three minutes per topic.
3) Approval Of Minutes from the May 1, 2024 Policy Board Meeting
-Consider adoption - Action Required. (See attachment.)
4) Staff Report

5) FY 2023 — FY 2026 Transportation Improvement Program Amendment Four
-Brazos Transit District is requesting the addition of three projects to FY 2024. These projects
are funded through the FTA 5309 funding category. Project #5035 is for the construction of bus
shelters. Project #5036 is for Operating Assistance and Project #5037 is for the purchase of
Electric vehicle and chargers. The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) reviewed and
recommended approval of the FY 2023- FY 2026 Transportation Improvement Program,
Amendment Four to the MPO Policy Board. Staff has completed a 15-day public comment period.
Action Required. (See attachment.)
6) FY 2025 — FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program
-Every two years, the MPO must develop a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) which
lists the projects for which federal transportation funds will be spent during the next four-year
period. The MPO must also demonstrate that the projects in the TIP have the funding reasonably

available to complete the listed projects. The TAC has reviewed and recommended the FY 2025
— FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program for adopted by the MPO Policy Board. Staff
has completed a 15-day public comment period. Action Required. (See attachment.)
7) Metropolitan Transportation Plan Amendment Six
-With project costs for the State Highway Six being increased in the new TIP, the metropolitan
transportation plan must be modified to be fiscally -constrained. Until revisions are adopted with
the next Unified Transportation Plan update, staff has added funds to the State Highway Six
project and deleted the last four projects in the FY 2030-FY 2044 time band. The TAC has
recommended that the Policy Board adopt Amendment Six. Staff has completed the required 30-
day public comment period and did not receive any comments. Action Required. (See attachment)
