AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL LOTS IN ALL BLOCKS OF EMERALD
FOREST, PHASE VII, FROM AGRICULTURE -OPEN SPACE DISTRICT A -0 TO
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -lA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, August 12, 1982, on the question of
rezoning certain property within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all Lots in all blocks
of Emerald Forest, Phase VII; a subdivision to the City of College
Station, Texas according to plat filed in Volume 605, page 773
of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Agriculture -
Open Space District A -0 to Single Family Residential District
R -lA.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of August, 1982.
