AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1,2,3,4 AND 5, BLOCK 2, FED MART
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS
COUNTY, TEXAS. FROM SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT R -1 to GENERAL
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 10, 1982, on the question of rezoning
certain areas within the City Limits;
AN, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification all of Lots 1,2,3,4 and 5
of Block 2, Fed,Mart Development Corporation Subdivision, as filed
in Volume 330, Page 175 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
from Single Family District R -1 to General Commercial District C -1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 10th day of June 1982,
