AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2A BLOCK 46 SOUTHWOOD VALLEY l0A SUBDIVISION,
COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. FROM TOWNHOUSE /ROWHOUSE DISTRICT
R -3 TO APARTMENTS LOW DENSITY DISTRICT R -4.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 27, 1982, on the question of rezoning
certain areas within the City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification all of Lot 2A, Block 46, Southwood
Valley l0A Subdivision, as filed in Volume 474 Page 385 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Townhouse /Rowhouse District R -3
to Apartments Low Density District R -4.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 27th day of MaY 1982.
