AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 1 AND ONE -HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 7, WEST PARK
ADDITION, COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS. FROM SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 25, 1982, on the question of rezoning
certain areas within the City Limits;
AND,'MHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification all of Lot 1 and one half of
Lot 2, Block 7, West Park, as filed in Volume 474, Page 781 of the
Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Single Family Residential
District R -1 to Single Family Residential District R -lA.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
