AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 1 THROUGH 14: BLOCK 4; RAINTREE SECTION 4 FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -lA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday,
February 11, 1982 on the question of rezoning certain property within the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 1 through 14; Block 4; Raintree
Section 4; a subdivision to the City of College Station, Texas according to plat filed in
Volume 474, page 781 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from Single Family Residen-
tial District R -1 to Single Family Residential District R -lA.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 11th day of February, 1982.
