AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2 OF THE WOODSTOCK SECTION I ADDITION,
COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS AS RECORDED BY PLAT FILED IN VOLUME 436, PAGE 481 OF THE
DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS AND CONVEYED TO OWNER BY DEED RECORDED IN
VOLUME 435, PAGE 692 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM APARTMENT/
MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT R -6 TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -3.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 27, 1981 on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the city limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lot 1, Block 2 of the Woodstock
Section I Addition, College Station, Texas conveyed to owner by deed recorded
in Volume 435, Page 692 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas from
Apartment /Medium Density District R -6 to Planned Commercial District C -3.
And, it is ordained that said change shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of August, 1981.
