AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 8, OF THE COLLEGE PARK SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
Said alley being more particulary described as follows:
A 15' wide alley abutting lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, and 8, Block 8 in
the College Park subdivision, parallel to Ayshire and W. Dexter
streets between Kerry and Guernsey streets.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas,
that;
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council of the City of
College Station that there is an alley dedicated to the City of
College Station by plat; and
WHERAS said alley is not needed and will not be needed in the future; and
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ORDAINED that such alley be vacated and
abandoned; that the Mayor and City Secretary be authorized to
release on behalf of the City of College Station any right or
claim which the City has in and to said alley.
