ORDINANCE NO. 1283
AN ORDINANCE REZONING ALL OF LOTS 6 THROUGH 12 OF THE MEADOWLAND ADDITION FROM
DUPLEX DISTRICT R -2 TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C -1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. on
Thursday, April 9, 1981 on the question of rezoning certain areas within the
City Limits;
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of all of Lots 6 through 12 of the
Meadowland Addition, sometimes called Gorzycki Addition, an addition to the City
of College Station, Texas, according to Revised Plat recorded in Volume 94,
page 278 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, from Duplex District R -2
to General Commercial District C -1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED, this 9th day of April, 1981.
