ORDINANCE NO. 1277
AN ORDINANCE REZONING EMERALD FOREST ADDITION SUBDIVISION PHASE
III, CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, BRAZOS COUNTY TEXAS, ACCORDING TO
PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 484 PAGE 657 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF
BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS FROM AGRICULTURE /OPEN DISTRICT A -0 TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R -1 AND SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT R -1A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Hall
at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 26, 1981 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the City Limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of Lots 8 -17 Emerald
Forest Addition - Phase III from Agricultural /Open District A -0
to Single Family Residential District R -lA; and,
To rezone or change the classification of the remainder of the
lots in the Emerald Forest Addition - Phase III from
Agriculture /Open District A -0 to Single Family Residentuial
District R -1.
And, it is ordained that said change shall become effective
immediately.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 26th day of March, 1981.
